Often our clients come to us with a problem that requires timely and cost effective resolution. Our engineers will meet with your key stakeholders and determine the essential requirements required to have you operational in the fastest time possible. We will then go away and examine our analysis of the situation and refer to our team for a proposed resolution. Quite often this is a very quick and seamless process and experience from previous jobs allows us to give a prompt answer. From there we design and build all machinery to Australian standards and fully test in house to ensure the results meet our ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System and AS/NZS 4360:2004 Risk Management certifications. If required all programming is all done in house by our experienced programmers. Total systems are then run and tested to verify correct operation and control. The systems are then installed on site and if required our engineers and team of electricians will be there. During this entire process we work very close with you the customer to meet your expectations and requirements.
Robotics
Our engineers have had a decade of experience with robotics and Mechatronic systems. We understand the requirements involved in robotic systems and know the ins and outs to obtain a successful robotic solution. With our vast network of robot suppliers we can help you with Kuka, Fanuc, ABB and Motoman brand robots. Our engineers have been involved in numerous installations and more recently the installation of the largest robot in Australia, the Kuka "Titan" at the Royal Australian Mint, Canberra. With a payload of 1000kg Titan is lifting drums of coins that weigh over 750kg and forms an integral part of the circulating coin production facility, but is also a burgeoning tourist attraction. No matter if it is the biggest robot in Australia or the smallest, we can help by offering you the correct solution, first time.Often Australis is called to help with simple modifications to robotic programs. Before our trained personnel come to your site, if available we analyze the existing programs to limit the amount of downtime with the modifications. We plan the method of attack and work with your operations to minimise the downtime impact. Quite often modifications are completed quickly and within the expected timeframe. We then test, monitor and verify the changes by watching the system and ensuring the required changes have been made correctly. From simple touching up to complex reprogramming - we can help.
