Mini Linear Palletisers

Australis Engineering has designed and manufactured a series of small, low-cost mini palletisers. These palletisers have a small footprint, allowing them to be installed in virtually any location. Our mini palletisers (MLP series) have been designed to be 'plug & play' with onboard, touch-screen pallet recipes included in our standard pricing. This allows you to simply install the machine, configure the infeed system and commence palletising in very short time period. Of course, our in-house team of engineers can also customise the design or programming for a small fee.

The MLP series is capable of palletising up to 15 boxes per minute and for products up to 15kg in weight (note this palletising rate is dependent on box size and weight).

There are three models in the range, the MLP-10, MLP-12 (single) and MLP-12 (double).

All MLP series palletisers incorporate the following features:

• Delivered ready to go out of the box
• Touch Screen for operator control
• Flexible and easy programming of box sizes and pallet patterns - just type in box size, select pallet pattern and number of rows per pallet
• Multiple recipes for various box sizes or patterns
• Vacuum or gripper heads for different products up to 15kg
• Automatic product infeed conveyor. Extended feed conveyors available to suit your requirements
• Modular and expandable units can be combined for higher throughput speeds
• Cat 3 integrated safety system with interlocks and E-Stops

Why do I need a mini palletiser?

Is your packaging line being staffed by people who hand palletise your product? Our feedback shows in many cases, at least 2 people are used to hand palletise. But hand palletising causes problems - it is costly to pay wages and on-costs for staff and there are Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) problems such as strain injuries from the repetitive lifting of heavy loads. This means your hand palletising is expensive, and because staff might also be shared across other roles - inefficient.

The MLP series can easily replace your existing staff who hand palletise your product so these workers can be redeployed to higher value tasks. From a Return on Investment (ROI) perspective, think of the savings you can realise by implementing this small robotic palletiser instead of having the costs associate with existing staff. Indications are you could easily achieve an ROI in less than 18-months.

MLP-10 MINI LINEAR PALLETISER

The MLP-10 Linear Palletiser provides a new low cost and small footprint palletising alternative whilst still being able to operate at up to 15 boxes per minute*.

MLP-12 MINI LINEAR PALLETISER

The MLP-12 is the sister system to the MLP-10. Featuring common control systems, grippers and safety features as the MLP-10, the MLP-12 is another cost-effective, small foot print palletiser. The MLP-12 is a cantilever design, and being constructed of structural aluminium profile, the MLP-12 series offers even greater flexibility to suit all applications as it is designed to be modular.

The MLP-12 offers the ability to palletise to multiple pallets as well as offering various infeed options.
