Pallet Stacker / Pallet Magazines / Pallet Destacker
There are 3 variations of pallet magazine machines which can be used on a production likes to accumulate or distribute pallets.
- Pallet Stacker - Accepts individual pallets from a feed conveyor, ofter after depalleising, and will stack the pallets for removal by a fork lift or Automatic Guided Vehicle (AGV)
- A Pallet Destacker works in reverse. A full stack of pallets is brought to the destacker by a fork lift and the machine releases a single pallet at a time. This is generally used in palletising areas where the destacker will feed empty pallets to an automatic palletiser or palletising robot.
General Specifications:
Australis offers a number of pallet stacker/destacker variations. Our machines can be configured for:- Standard 1165 x 1165 Australian pallets (Chep/Loscam style pallets)
- Europallets 800 x 1200
- Custom pallets - such as PET pallets 1500 x 1200, ALDI pallets 600 x 800, drum pallets 1200 x 600
- Capacity is generally upto 15 pallets, however extended capacity versions are available is ceiling height permits
- Machines are fitted with light curtains or automatic doors on access points to ensure operator safety
