High Speed Linear (HSL) Palletiser

Palletising of product into trays at rates of up to 300 units per minute!

Our HSL Palletiser features fully automatic pallet infeed, tray or tier pad placement and automatic pallet discharge.

Unit can be fully integrated with automatic stretch wrapping, strapping and/or labelling for a complete end of line palletising solution. 

Robotic Palletisers

For high speed, high payload or application requiring greater flexibility, robotic palletisers are a clear winner. Australis can supply brand new Kuka or Fanuc robots for the best in robotics.

Australis has recently installed Australia's Largest industrial robot, the Kuka KR1000. The robot, at the Royal Australian Mint, empties and re-palletises drums of Coins weighing in excess of 700kg!
