Palletisers are one of our primary specialities. Australis Engineering offers Robotic Palletisers for most product types and can provide you with an entire palletising system including pallet dispensing, shrink wrapping, labelling and bar coding. With our expertise in materials handling solutions our palletisers can also be designed to accommodate a full range of infeed conveyors to suit every type of product for every type of client

High Speed Linear (HSL) Palletiser

  • Palletising of product into trays at rates of up to 300 units per minute!
  • Our HSL Palletiser features fully automatic pallet infeed, tray or tier pad placement and automatic pallet discharge.
  • Unit can be fully integrated with automatic stretch wrapping, strapping and/or labelling for a complete end of line palletising solution.

Robotic Palletisers

For high speed, high payload or applications requiring greater flexibility, robotic palletisers are a clear winner. Australis can supply brand new Kuka or Fanuc robots for the best in robotics.

Australis has recently installed Australia's largest industrial robot, the Kuka KR1000 called "Titan". The robot, at the Royal Australian Mint, empties and re-palletises drums of coins weighing in excess of 750kg and utilises a specially designed gripper head that was designed, manufactured and programmed in-house by our team of mechatronic engineers.

Special Palletisers

We understand that some products require special processes or design to palletise successfully. We specialise in custom designed robotic and automatic palletisers and have built several unique palletisers for special materials handling problems.

New - low cost Mini Linear Palletisers - MLP-10 and MLP-12

                           

With the input of our engineering design team and utilising 3D Solidworks CAD, Australis has developed two new low cost palletisers, the Mini Linear Palletiser MLP-10 and MLP-12 (canti-lever type) suitable for palletising up to 15 boxes per minute!

  • Flexible & easy programming of boxes sizes & pallet patterns
  • Vacuum or gripper heads for different products
  • Small footprint - only 2750mm x 2050mm!
  • Automatic product infeed conveyor
  • Modular and expandable - units can be combined for higher throughput speeds
  • Integrated safety system with interlocks
  • COMPLETELY "PLUG AND PLAY" - delivered ready to go out of the box!
