Our collective expertise allows our team of qualified tradespeople and engineers to quickly trouble-shoot, diagnose and rectify most problems to ensure your production, manufacturing and warehouse facilities are running smoothly and minimising any down-time.
We have dedicated Service and Maintenance tradespeople who are available to attend to your urgent call-outs or scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance needs. Our team can also assist with any factory relocations, refits or new machinery installations. All work can be planned to meet your scheduled shut-down or maintenance windows.
Australis is fully insured and can provide Certificates of Currency for our Professional Indemnity, Public Liability, Products Liability, Workers Compensation, Motor Vehicle and Marine/ Shipping insurances. Our staff are all conscious of safe work practices and we will happily have them inducted onto your job site as part of the call out response. We can supply SWMS or similar WHS documentation on an as-needs basis. We also hold ISO9001 – Quality Management and ISO31000 – Risk Management certifications.
Whilst we can service or repair most types of manufacturing machinery, our team has strong experience in a range of industries including:
If you’ve had an unexpected break-down and the pressure is on to get your site back-up and running – call Australis Servicing on 02 9707 5857 and we will coordinate for the appropriate tradesperson or engineer to attend site.
We offer same day or next day call out services to provide urgent repairs to your machinery; call out fees apply and in general, we will require a credit card pre-payment to attend site for all same day or next day call-outs. Ask for our price schedule when making your enquiry.
While we have very broad experience in most general manufacturing and warehousing equipment, we offer specialist services for:
What happens during a Call-Out?
Generally we will send out a Service Tradesperson who will assess the problem and suggest the options to undertake the repair. Most of our service people have both Mechanical and Electrical trades backgrounds and are licensed to undertake electrical work – this is an enormous time and money saver as you don’t need multiple people on site, or lose time to calling in additional staff to undertake the fix.
The objective of an unplanned Call-Out is getting your site back up and running as quickly as possible. In some cases the repairs completed during the call-out may be temporary in nature in order to get you up and running. This may mean that additional work is required post the call-out to implement a more permanent repair or replacement and protect against further break-downs. In these cases our staff will advise of the temporary nature of the repair and recommend a follow-up appointment to ensure the risk of further break-downs is minimised.
Of course wherever possible we will implement a permanent repair in the first instance. On rare occasions we may be unable to undertake any repair at the initial call-out. This is often due to damage that simply cannot be fixed quickly or the need for specialised spare parts. We will advise you every step along the way and suggest options to complete the repair or replacement.
Australis can provide you with our expert personnel for scheduled servicing or preventative maintenance programmes. We offer contracted services for 12, 24 or 36 months (or any period to suit your requirements) and the work can be planned to meet your scheduled shut-down or maintenance windows. We will provide you a written proposal to undertake your nominated servicing and maintenance requirements so there are no surprises.
Scheduled Servicing and Preventative Maintenance is offered Australia wide and some of our recent clients include:
